about

I wrote this one as a straight ahead simple rock song with simple easy to remember lyrics.. Hopefully it will turn into classic, and my great grand kids will listen to it while cruising on their hydrogen powered hoover boards.. If not it will be on a cd that I pull out every Christmas and play real loud to hopefully amuse and entertain(?) my family. friends and neighbors!

Plus, there was a contest at Riffworld for a holliday themed song. This was my entry.

lyrics

Santa Claus is coming to town
better keep your chimney clean
or he cant slide down
His sliegh is loaded His reindeer are fed
and he's ready

Santa Claus is coming to town
I hope ya been good
I hope you havent been messing around
Because Santa Claus is coming to town

Santa knows if you have been naughty or nice
if youve been bad he'll fly right by
and he wont think twice
his sliegh is loaded
his reindeer are fed and he's ready

Santa Claus is coming to town
hope ya been good
I hope you havent been messing around
Because Santa Claus is coming to town

Santa Claus is out there tonight
Rudolph is happy
and his nose is shinning so bright
Santa's sliegh is loaded
His reindeer are fed
and he's ready

Santa Claus is coming to town
hope ya been good
I hope you havent been messing around
Because Santa Claus is coming to town
